As one of the biggest pay-per-view draws in the sport, Gervonta Davis has no shortage of opponents lining up to face him for a bumper pay-day.
One man who has been calling for that fight for years is fellow American and three-weight world champion, Shakur Stevenson.
Stevenson currently holds the WBC lightweight title, whilst ‘Tank’ has the WBA belt.
Speaking to Cigar Talk about the potential unification bout, Davis assured fans that Stevenson is on his hit-list.

When asked if the 26-year-old would pose the biggest threat to him, the Baltimore native was dismissive of his rival’s skills.
Hell no! How is he the best? Show me something that he’s done that’s outrageous. Show me. His power isn’t outrageous and what defence? He just jumps back, you never see him slip any punches, you never see that. Go watch him, you just see him back up and move around, move around, he ain’t got no technique.

Shakur was last out against Edwin De Los Santos in a less than convincing performance, and ‘Tank’ says he’ll give him his shot if he gives De La Santos in a rematch.
Tell him to rematch Edwin De La Santos and if he beats him we can get it on. I guarantee you he won’t fight that guy again. I guarantee it.”
Davis returns to the ring after over a year out against Frank Martin on June 15, whilst Stevenson will defend his title against Artem Harutyunyan on July 6.
