The biggest star in boxing at the moment, Ryan Garcia has been all over the front pages of the combat world. For some reasons related to his upcoming boxing match against Devin Haney, but mostly for his unpredictable antics on his social media. However, his outbursts have made quite a lot of people burst out in laughter, including UFC superstar, Nate Diaz, and Boxing GOAT Claressa Shields.
The former UFC welterweight took to his Instagram account to post a clip of the conference on his story. The former boxing champ turned MMA fighter also shared her reaction to a post that Ryan Garcia posted on his Instagram account.
Ryan Garcia most probably had one of the most entertaining and memorable press conferences in his career. What started as a calm praise to God turned south in a matter of minutes as Garcia ended up cursing his opponent’s teammate. UFC superstar, Nate Diaz took notice of the press conference and posted a clip on his Instagram story with a laughing emoji.
Ryan Garcia would also post a clip of his rant in his Instagram account with the caption, “Don’t talk about my Mom Excuse the language Not sorry at all just excuse the language,” as Garcia’s rant was most likely triggered by a comment made by one of Haney’s teammate about his mother. Shields commented at the post writing “omg” which came after some laughing emojis.
However, the thing that was more bizarre than the press conference and Ryan Garcia’s antics was “King” missing weight by a large margin. Here is what Garcia had to say about missing weight for the fight against Devin Haney.
