And I was just like, ‘Yo like, pick your damn head up. Yo, it’s like you lost to the best motherf***er in the entire world, okay. You’re not going to fight anybody else like him. Nobody’s going to be better than him that you ever step in the ring with in this generation right here.

He stated that the best boxer won that night, and he shouldn’t be making any excuses because he did his best as a fighter. Moreover, Romero even compared his upcoming opponent Isaac Cruz‘s fight against Davis with his fight against Tank.
