Mike Tyson shows off great shape ahead of Jake Paul fight

Mike Tyson is gearing up for his upcoming bout with Jake Paul. The 57-year-old boxing legend took to social media on Monday to share a training video, showcasing his speed and athleticism as he prepares to face Paul this summer.

The highly anticipated showdown between Tyson and Paul is scheduled for July 20 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, and will be broadcast live on Netflix.

While Tyson may have lost a step or two since his retirement, he appears to be in excellent shape and ready to pose a significant challenge to the 27-year-old Paul. Tyson’s last fight was in 2020 when he faced Roy Jones Jr., resulting in a draw.

Paul has had a promising start to his boxing career, amassing a 9-1 record with six knockouts since he began boxing in 2020. His only loss came against Tommy Fury last February.

However, Paul has since bounced back, winning three consecutive fights, with his latest victory coming against Ryan Bourland in March. Despite his recent successes, Paul understands that facing Tyson will be his toughest challenge yet.

“My sights are set on becoming a world champion, and now I have a chance to prove myself against the greatest heavyweight champion of the world, the baddest man on the planet and the most dangerous boxer of all time,” Paul said in March.
